What does it cost?
Websites start at $2,500. Monthly website management starts at $75. 24/7 customer chat is included in Grow and Custom, or you can add it to a Launch site for $1,000. The chat is $25 a month. You get a fixed quote before any work starts.
Can the chat say something wrong?
It only answers from information you approve, like your services, prices, and hours. If it doesn't know, it says so and offers a call, a text, or a quote request. It never makes up prices or promises, and I review its conversations to keep the answers sharp.
Will my customers know it's AI?
Yes. Its first message says it's an AI assistant for your business, so nobody is misled. It answers only from the information you've approved, and it never pretends to be you or someone on your staff. If a customer wants a real person, or asks something it can't answer, it offers a call, a text back, or a quote request. With the customer's OK, it sends their name, number, and question straight to you.
How long does it take?
Most sites launch 3–6 weeks after our first call. Photos and text usually take the longest, so I'll tell you exactly what I need and when. You'll get a timeline before any work starts.
Why not just use Wix or Squarespace?
You can, if you have the time to build it and keep it up yourself. Here you get a site planned around getting customers, built to load fast on phones, with 24/7 chat available. And a local person to call when something needs changing.
What if something breaks?
Call or text me. Management plans include fixes and small updates, and I've spent 10+ years in IT keeping business systems running. You get a real person, not a ticket line.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain, your content, and your code are yours. Management plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice, so you're never locked in.
